Crest Firefighter Keith O'Neill reminds children to "Stay Low in Smoke" as they enter the Wildwood Crest Fire Company's  "Smoke House", a miniature building filled with non-toxic smoke, used by our firefighters to train children how to react if they find themselves in a smoke-filled room.
A young Wildwood Crest girl exits the "Smoke House" after demonstrating the proper way to move through a smoke-filled room.
A dramatic photo inside the smoke-filled smoke house showing Crest resident Ryan Mullen, age 10,
lying in the thick smoke, in the view
of the Fire Company's thermal imaging camera, a tool used by our firefighters to see through smoke.
